Where it all began – and where it still is.
The locals call it "the Carroux": our flagship café at Elbchaussee 583, where it all began for us. With 50 comfortable seats on two floors, a sunny outdoor terrace, prime seating overlooking Elbchaussee, and a classic drum roaster at its heart. Here, we carefully drum-roast the finest beans to create our Carroux blend, unchanged since 1998, which we serve directly over the counter or pack up as loose beans to take away.
